Datuk Mohd Hasnul has over 25 years of experience in fund management, treasury, and consultancy in the ASEAN and MENA regions, he has been involved in advising on numerous mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance mandates across various industries. His focus on promoting financial inclusion within the corporate sector through Islamic Financial Solutions led to the establishment of Shoraka Advisory Services in 2006.

His professional journey began at the Investment and Treasury Department of the Central Bank of Malaysia. Subsequently, he joined OUB-TA Asset Management Ltd, a Singapore-owned fund management company, where he managed a fund size of more than US$2 billion.

Datuk Mohd Hasnul holds a BSc. (Hons) in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol, UK. Additionally, he was a holder of a Fund Manager’s License issued by the Securities Commission of Malaysia and the UK Financial Services Authority.
